Jeff powalie
My name is Jeff Powalie, and I am 50 years old. I served four years in the Army as a firefighter before being honorably discharged to continue serving my community as a firefighter/paramedic for the past 25 years.
Throughout my career, I have always had a passion for construction. I’ve been involved in everything from full home renovations to running a concrete countertop business. Over time, that passion led me to flipping homes, where I honed my skills in project management and real estate development.
When Kyle and I partnered to create Blackhaus Construction Group LLC, we combined our hands-on experience and industry knowledge to build a company focused on quality, efficiency, and integrity. Whether it’s remodeling a home, managing a new build, or bringing a vision to life, I take pride in delivering work that stands the test of time.

My name is Kyle Skinner, and I am 30 years old. For the past decade, I have dedicated my life to protecting my community and shaping its future as a firefighter/paramedic.
My journey in construction began with concrete work, where I developed a deep appreciation for the craft of building. Driven by a passion for construction and real estate development, Jeff and I partnered to create Blackhaus Construction Group LLC.
